Graphite mould for glass forming

Application:

It becomes widely used in the industrial and civil glass manufacture in recent years. It can be used to make the mould for the hot-bent glass tube, glass screen of mobile phone, glass funnel and other special-shaped glass manufacture.

Features:

The graphite material has the chemical stability and has no infiltration from melten glass; it will not change the composition of glass. What’s more, it also has good resistance to heat shock and stable physical property without deformation. It is easy processing with small thermal expansion coefficient etc.

Application:

The graphite nozzles(we have the capacity to machine it as long as 6m in our company), graphite barriers, graphite flags and graphite bearings used for off-line coating glass machinery; graphite feeding board for glass production; graphite disc and graphite diversion trench for glass bottle blowing machine.

Features:

Under isolation from oxygen, the graphite is an excellent refractory material. It is extremely resistant to high temperature with good thermal conductivity and no deformation after processing as well as anti-corrosion.
