Civil graphite

Application:

In civil graphite fields, equipment components which can be directly used in automobile parts and manufacture technologies are well known such as vacuum pump blades and rotors, engine gaskets and so on.

What’s more, graphite carbon brushes are widely used in the domestic appliances, such vacuum cleaners, washing machines, electric tools and other mechanical and electrical products.

For environment protection, the graphite electrode plates used in sewage treatment adopt electrochemical process in the industrial waste water treatment and sea water desalination. Graphite avoids the situation where  iron or aluminum electrolytic water electrodes cause increased iron or aluminum ions in the waste water. It also avoids the organic pollutant  absorption caused by acticarbon electrodes and metal electrodes’ inactivation caused by a large quantity of oxygen generated in electrolytic process. Meanwhile because of multi-hole graphite electrodes’ insolubility, it has the electrodes’ loss-free beneficial effect for improving overall effect of electrochemical treatment for industrial waste water to reduce the secondary pollution and cost.

Thereinto it adopts the multi-hole graphite electrolysis electrode in sewage  treatment and sea water desalination. The multi-hole graphite electrodes is  cube sintered by graphite powder and binder which has several thru holes to form cellular porosity.
