Chlorine alkali and sulfuric acid industry

Because the alkali and acid production erodes the equipment seriously, therefore only the graphite equipment can bear such high corrosion. So graphite equipment is most widely used in chlorine alkali and sulfuric acid industries.

Petrochemical industry

Graphite equipment’s thermal conductivity, impermeability and anti-corrosion is widely used.

Dyestuff industry

Acid solution is adopted in dyestuff industry, therefore the graphite equipment must be irreplaceable in treatment such as graphite heater, graphite absorber, graphite cooler, graphite evaporator and so on.

Metal surface treatment

The graphite devices are widely used in the processes such as electric pickling solution heating, concentration and so on in stainless steel production.

The mainly used graphite devices nowadays are: the high- temperature reaction equipment, heat-transfer equipment, condensation equipment such as graphite heat exchanger, graphite condenser, steel-lined graphite reactor and reaction tank, concentrating tank, reaction tower, packed tower, phosphoric acid extraction tank, prill tower and so on. Anti-corrosion lining of anti-corrosive equipment, graphite hydration tower, graphite cooler, graphite cooler for sulfuric acid attenuation, graphite evaporator, combustion graphite furnace and so on.
